Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. We use this information solely to send you our newsletter and updates about our tours and services. Providing your email address is voluntary; however, if you do not provide it, we will be unable to send you our newsletter.

Contact enquiries

When you contact us by email or through our website contact form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address and message — in order to respond to your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary; however, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

Website analytics

Our website uses WithCabin, a privacy-friendly analytics service. WithCabin does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records aggregate data about page visits — such as page views and referrers — without tracking or identifying individual visitors. No personal data is processed through our analytics.

5. Third-party services

Notifuse

We use Notifuse to manage our newsletter subscriber list. When you subscribe, your email address and first name (if provided) are stored and processed by Notifuse on our behalf. Data may be transferred outside the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA); Notifuse applies appropriate safeguards for any such transfers. Mailjet

We use Mailjet (a Sinch company, based in the EU) as our email delivery provider to send newsletters to subscribers. Your email address is processed by Mailjet solely for the purpose of delivering emails on our behalf. The UK Secretary of State has made an adequacy decision in respect of the EU and EEA under the UK GDPR Adequacy Regulations 2021, meaning that transfers to Mailjet in the EU may proceed without the need for any additional transfer safeguard. WithCabin

6. Data retention

·       Newsletter subscriber data: retained for as long as your subscription remains active. You may unsubscribe at any time and your data will be removed from our mailing list.

·       Contact enquiry data: correspondence is retained for up to two years, after which it is deleted.
